This single volume present multiple expert viewpoints on all aspects of appellate practice. Written to follow the course of an appeal, chapters are devoted to the technicalities of formatting the pleadings and e-filing, as well as the intellectual work of crafting an argument and the creative job representing the client's case in court. Also examined is the variation in the Rules of Appellate Procedure imposed by the local rules developed by each circuit.
