Research from Home: TexShare Databases

January 16, 2017

Feature

You probably know that the State Law Library provides at-home access to several fantastic legal databases, but did you know that we also provide access to databases on topics as wide-ranging as literature, foreign languages, and health?

The TexShare Database Program from the Texas State Library and Archives Commission provides e-resources licensed for the exclusive use of Texas libraries and their patrons. Some of the non-legal databases library patrons may find interesting include:

  • American Indian History and Cultures
  • The American West
  • Health Reference Center: Academic
  • HeritageQuest Online
  • Literary Reference Center
  • Pronunciator
  • Science and Technology Collection (EBSCO)

Remember, if you have questions about TexShare or any other resources in our Digital Collection, don't hesitate to Ask a Librarian!
