New Year's Resolution: More Legal Research!

January 18, 2019

Feature

January is almost over! Are your New Year's resolutions still on-track? If you're looking to check off an easy one, why not resolve to do more legal research in 2019?

How is legal research easy? If you're a current Texas resident, you can access many of the State Law Library's legal resources from the comfort of your own home or office for FREE!

The State Law Library's Digital Collection provides access to legal databases (such as Fastcase, HeinOnline, AILALink, and Gale Legal Forms) as well as popular e-books (such as Texas Family Law Practice and Procedure, Richard Alderman's Know Your Rights!, and Texas Probate, Estate, and Trust Administration) to Texas residents who register for a library account.

How can you register? You can either a) apply in person at the library with a valid form of Texas identification or b) apply for a library account online.

Questions about registering? Please don't hesitate to Ask a Librarian!
