If your contact information has changed since you registered or last renewed, please submit your current information.

Library accounts are available only to Texas residents who are currently located in Texas.

In order to verify this online, we require that you allow your browser to obtain and submit your current physical location via geolocation. You will be prompted by your browser for permission to submit this information. If you receive an error message, see our troubleshooting page that lists common errors and their likely causes.

Are you a federal, state, or local government employee?
If so, please include your official work information and e-mail address so that we can verify your status as a government employee. Government employees receive expanded access to our digital resources. If you opt to exclude this information, you will instead receive standard access to our digital resources.

Business/Office/Agency Information


Library account renewals are not automatic. Your request will be processed and approved by library staff during business hours. We will e-mail you at the address provided once your account has been renewed.
