Model jury instructions in criminal antitrust cases
The American Bar Association's model jury instructions for criminal antitrust cases covers the gamut of issues pertinent to antitrust practitioners. This collection of instructions is applicable to multi-defendant and multi-count antitrust cases that involve aspects of price fixing, bid rigging, collusion, and more.
