Model jury instructions: copyright, trademark, and trade dress litigation
This publication from the American Bar Association offers a series of jury instruction examples for copyright, trademark, and trade dress litigation cases that are drafted in uncomplicated language to aid juror comprehension. The resource is divided into three separate chapters each dedicated to the topics of copyright, trademark, and dress litigation with sub-chapters delving in to more specific aspects of each area. Author comments give background information on the purpose and scope of each charge and authority sections compile relevant citations to aid in legal research.
