This book presents a method of trial preparation. It covers each phase of a jury trial and "discusses and gives examples of the basic technical courtroom skills that must be developed to present evidence and arguments persuasively to the jury." It presents examples of effective trial techniques mainly from personal injury and criminal trials. Some of the subjects covered are the trial process, the psychology of persuasion, jury selection, opening statements, direct examination, cross-examination and experts.
