Capital Writs gives prosecutors an easy-to-use guide for understanding and responding to post-conviction writs of habeas corpus in death penalty cases. Author Roe Wilson, assistant DA in Harris County, has incorporated her years of practical experience and included forms, charts, case law, and suggestions.
