Legal ethics & Texas criminal law: prosecution and defense
This is an examination of ethical issues involved in the practice of criminal law. It includes a discussion of the common ethical responsibilities of both the prosecution and defense, the special ethical resonsibilities imposed upon prosecutors by the provisions of the Rules of Professional Conduct, U.S. and Texas Constitutions and the special ethical duties of the defense to render effective assistance of counsel.
