With increasing urbanization and the recognition the growth of cities needs to be managed for safety, health and aesthetic reasons disputes pitting varied parties are increasing. This text is one of the few devoted to subdivision law. Elements of many topics are brought together in this treatise from land use to zoning and urban planning.
