This two volume set is written for corporate attorneys, real estate developers, banking professionals, insurance professionals, and anyone who needs to see how environmental law may impact business transactions. Part one discusses environmental liability sources such as the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Air Act, the Resource and Conservation Recovery Act, brownfields, state environmental statutes, and contaminant regulation. Part two applies these liability sources to business transactions which includes chapters on cleanups, real estate, green building, and lender liability.
