The law of class action: fifty-state survey, 2012-2013
This volume is a product of the Class Actions and Derivative Suits Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation. The editors chose expert litigators from each state to provide a concise statement of their state’s class action law. The Texas chapter was written by Stephen Gardner, Director of Litigation for the Center for Science in the Public Interest. This this handy volume allows the practitioner to see the differences between the various states’ laws as well as how each state’s law compare with the federal law.
