Robert's Rules in plain English
Parliamentary procedure can seem arcane and difficult to understand. This small, easy-to-use title can serve as a handbook that can guide you through Robert’s Rules of Order. It is written in plain English and describes what officers should know as well as a breakdown of parliamentary motions and their purposes. Bylaws and electronic meetings are also covered. Please note that this title is part of the library’s reference collection and is only available for in-library use.
