This two volume set examines the federal environmental laws and regulations that affect all aspects of real estate from ownership to development. The federal regulations discussed are the Comprehensive Environmental, Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Resource Conversation and Recovery Act (RCRA), underground storage tanks, the wetlands portion of the Clean Water Act, storm water run, and the Endangered Species Act.
