This eight volume set extensively covers the major areas of environmental law carefully examining case law, statutes, and regulations. Chapters focus on climate change and global warming, air, water, and noise pollution, solid waste, hazardous waste, toxic substances, radiation, fertilizers, pesticides, the National Environmental Policy, information on the land zoning, public lands, and conservation. Information is also provided on states’ versions of the National Environmental Policy Act.
