Texas Legal Practice Forms

March 4, 2013

Feature

Previously known as Stevenson’s Texas Legal Practice Forms, this set has been expanded and is now a four-volume set that is published annually. This title covers many civil topics and is a great starting place to locate commonly used legal forms. Forms contain practice notes and references to Texas statutes where appropriate. Topics include the attorney-client relationship, business organizations, and property transactions.

We also have many general-purpose legal form books to meet your research needs, including O'Connor's Texas Civil Forms, West's Texas Forms, and the Texas Litigation Guide. Contact us at (512) 463-1722 or submit a question using our Ask a Librarian service for more information.
