Property Owners' Associations: A Research Guide

April 29, 2013

Feature

The Texas State Law Library reference librarians created legal research guides for specific areas of the law. These guides contain resources that can help you research a legal issue.

The library's guide to property owners' associations provides links to the Texas statutes that govern these association as well as "plain English" explanations of recent changes to the laws on property owners' associations. The guide also provides an easy-to-access list of library materials that would be useful for practitioners as well as resources more geared toward pro se litigants.

Apart from our property owners' associations guide, we also invite you to view all of our legal research guides. Please contact us at (512) 463-1722 or submit a question via our Ask a Librarian service for more information.
