Loislaw

March 17, 2014

Feature

Loislaw provides access to case law, statutes, and administrative rules and regulations for all 50 states and federal jurisdictions. There is also a Forms & Checklists Library that covers a variety of legal issues including family law and real estate law. Once you select a subject-specific library, you can display all forms for that area of law. You can also access and search federal and state court rules through Loislaw.

You can search for case law by citation from the library’s Loislaw page. On that page we also include quick links to Loislaw’s primary and secondary source databases offered by Aspen such as the Section 1983 Litigation Library and the Mauet Trial Practice Library.

Access Loislaw from our electronic databases page in the library or from home by registering for a library card. Contact us at (512) 463-1722 or submit a question using our Ask a Librarian service for more information about Loislaw and other databases.
