Stevenson's Legal Forms & Practice Guide for Texas
June 8, 2015
Nov. 2015 update — Due to licensing issues, Stevenson's is no longer available through the library. Please see the subject-specific e-books in our Digital Collection, many of which contain forms and drafting guides, or contact the library if you have questions.
Our digital collection allows Texas residents to perform legal research from home. One of our most popular databases is Stevenson's Legal Forms & Practice Guide for Texas.
Stevenson's has over 1,000 downloadable and editable legal drafting guides for 23 practice areas including:
- Civil litigation
- Criminal law
- Divorce and family law
- Real property
- Wills, trusts and estate planning
Each legal drafting guide can be downloaded and edited with word processing software like Microsoft Word. Additionally, each drafting guide has a "quick legal tip" that adds some clarification and explains its usage.
Remember, if you're a Texas resident and aren't already a registered library patron, you can register online for free. And don't hesitate to Ask a Librarian if you have any questions!
