Texas Independence Day: Related Resources

February 26, 2014

Feature

For Texas Independence Day, the library is spotlighting two resources: Braden’s Annotated Texas Constitution and our Flying the Flag legal research guide.

Braden’s Annotated Texas Constitution provides factual information regarding the origins, historical development, and contemporary meaning of each section of the Texas Constitution. In the foreword, the authors state that the principal reason for this publication is to make the information available to the public. The library is privileged to bring this publication to you electronically.

Our Flying the Flag legal research guide discusses related laws, etiquette, and protocol for flying the Texas flag and the United States flag. This guide will help you find the information you need to ensure you are flying the flag proudly and properly.

Please contact us at (512) 463-1722 or you can submit a question using our Ask a Librarian service for more information about our legal research guides and Texas materials.
