We are happy to announce that library patrons can now access HeinOnline's Voting Rights & Election Law database remotely! This new addition to the library's roster of HeinOnline databases is a great starting point for anyone interested in current and historical resources on the electoral process, political campaigns, and voting rights.

This database includes thousands of books, government reports, legislative histories, congressional hearings, and scholarly articles on the electoral process and voting rights. In addition to U.S. federal and local elections, it also covers international election laws and practices.

Researchers can search or browse materials on various subjects, including:

  • campaign finance
  • election administration
  • gerrymandering
  • political campaigns
  • voter identification
  • voter registration
  • voting rights

Hein has also prepared a Voting Rights & Election Law guide with a selection of recommended documents, search tips, and related resources in Hein and elsewhere online.
