CDC Eviction Order Extended Through March 31st, 2021

Update: This order has recently been extended to July 31st, 2021.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) agency order that halts residential evictions for tenants in certain situations has been extended through March 31st, 2021.

At this time an official updated order has yet to be released, but you can find more information about the extension from the media update recently issued by the CDC. We will link to the official order when it appears.
