Appellate manual for Texas criminal defense attorneys
This manual is published by the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. The entire appellate process is described including, preservation off error at the trial level. Appendices provide motions, forms, samples briefs, and tables setting out filing deadlines. The inclusion of the text of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure and practitioner commentary ensure this volume will be a guide for an attorney facing his first time appellate experience and a handy guide for a seasoned appellate attorney.
