Global climate change and U.S. law
Global Climate Change and U.S. Law gives in-depth coverage of climate change law from the state level to the international level. Since the first edition was published in 2007, there have been major updates to the U.S. law on climate change. The second edition of this title is updated with a new section which focuses solely on energy regulations such as electric power and transportation issues. There are also new chapters on adaption, geoengineering, cap-and-trade, nonclimate international instruments, and possible future directions for U.S. climate change law.
