Our reference librarians created many legal research guides for specific areas of the law. These guides link to resources that can help you research a legal issue.

The library's research guide on warranties and warranty law provides an overview of the resources available online and in the library pertaining to consumer warranties, the Lemon Law, and warranties for manufactured housing. We link to both Texas and federal laws on warranties, and we also provide links to articles written in “plain English,” which can be easier to understand than complex legal language.
